Patek Philippe World Time Ref 5130G

With the ability to simultaneously display the time in twenty-four different cities around the globe while clearly displaying the local-time in a single dial, it’s no wonder the World Time complication remains a signature of desire and whimsy, and one of Patek’s most iconic models.  Introduced in 2006, the reference 5130G balances classic design heritage with its Observatoire-style hands and modern proportions and design with a 39.5 mm white gold case with elongated lugs, sporty crown guards, and the single magical pusher at 10 o’clock. The bold sunburst ribbed guilloche patter in the center of the dial, radiating to the hour markers adds considerable texture, brilliance, and wow factor to a very classy and legible dial.

Case: The 39.5 x 49 x 10 mm 18-Carat white gold case exhibits honest wear to the polished surfaces throughout as pictured.  The round case that transitions to the fluid long lugs is in a similar style to that of the reference 5000, 6000, 600x, etc.,modern calatravas made slightly sportier with the incorporation of seamlessly integrated crown guards.

Dial: The dial is a silver, almost subtle baby-blue soleil pattern in the outer city track, a bolder silver and navy 24-hour ring with warm gold sun and moon, completed with the lovely guilloche center disc and black polished hands and indices that truly lean into their name sake, appearing truly black at most angles.  The dial is clean and free of any defects.

Movement: Containing the legendary caliber 240 HU micro rotor movement that is classically finished and Geneva Sealed.  The watch is winding, setting, and running smoothly at approximately 0 s/d, averaged across 6 positions.

Strap: Presented on its original signed navy alligator strap and matching white gold deployant.
