toledano & chan b/1.2 Mother of Pearl Full Set

It’s not often you would combine brutalist architecture, Tahitian Mother of Pearl, images of concrete, and horology, but when you do they perfectly marry together in what is the toledano & chan b/1.2.

Case: The 33.5 x 32 x 10.4 mm 904 stainless steel case is bead blasted to matte finish akin to smooth, architectural concrete. The boldly faceted case and integrated bracelet are in excellent original condition, showing only very minor wear.

Dial: The Tahitian Mother of Pearl dial transforms with light, throwing off shades of silver, teal, pink, green, black, and purple, more akin to an oil slick than watch dial. The faceted sword hands provide stark contrast to the otherwise subdued appearance, with the heavily faceted crystal adding additional depth and dimension to the dial and visual appearance.

Movement: The Swiss-Made Sellita SW100 automatic winding movement features a 42-hour power reserve and is winding, setting, and running smoothly at approximately +10 s/d, averaged across 6 positions.

Strap: The integrated steel bracelet may be the unsung hero of the show as it perfectly wraps the wrist and is very comfortable, complete with butterfly clasp. The watch comes with all the original links, fitting up to a 7.7 inch wrist.

Includes: The original full set as new including the hand-made concrete box, mirroring the case and crystal shape, sueded holder case, and card.
