The 5907 is pretty perfect watch and a reference perpetually on my hunt list. A 35 mm solid yellow gold, hand finished Classique case with coin edged midcase, soldered lugs, and ultra-thin profile combined with a masterclass in negative space showcased on the achingly gorgeous, absolutely classic, gold dial that is silvered, brushed, and then hand finished complete with three different hand turned guilloche patterns. Top it off with heat blued Breguet hands, equally impressive finishing on the manually wound 511 DR movement, including the power reserve display, and…:: chef’s kiss::

Case: 35 x 41 x 7.3 mm 18K yellow gold case is in very honest and original condition, appearing to be unpolished or very lightly polished in the past. All of the hallmarks and engravings are very crisp, deep, and legible, and only minor surface swirls are present and highlighted on the polished surfaces.

Dial: An absolutely beautiful solid gold dial that is silvered, brushed, and hand finished including radially brushed tracks, hand turned guilloche patterns, wonderful raised golden beads at the hours, any my always favorite heat blued Pomme or Breuget style hands. The dial is very clean and free of any notable defects.

Movement: The ultra-thin manually would caliber 511 DR movement boasts a 95-hour power reserve, complete with power reserve indicator, and impressive hand finishing throughout. It is winding, setting, and running well at approximately -10 s/d, averaged across 6 positions.

Strap: The watch is presented on a Breguet signed black alligator strap measuring 115 x 75 that is used in good condition. The original yellow gold buckle is in very good condition with clear hallmarks intact.
