Ulysse Nardin Chronograph Lemania 2310 Ref. 531-77
Ulysse Nardin Chronograph Lemania 2310 Ref. 531-77
This might be the understated value prop of the year; an elegantly sculpted and classically styled, 39.5mm solid gold case, a limited production run of just 100 pieces, full set, and the legendary Lemania 2310 base caliber with intricate finishing, swan’s neck regulator and the added date and moon phase complications for less than the price of a more basic 321 Speedy.
Case: 39.5 x 44 x 12.3 solid 18K yellow gold case features a domed, stepped bezel, classically styled stepped and downturned lugs, signed crown and sapphire caseback. The mid case exhibits some light patina and clear and crisp hallmarks between the pushers and crown. The case is in very good condition and believed to be unpolished.
Dial: The white dial is a perfect mix of elegant and sporty with applied gold hour markers, date and moon phase aperture at 12, elegant long, leaf hands, rich contrasting navy sub registers, and a tachymetre scale neatly tucked on the slightly sloped rehaut. The dial is free from any imperfections.
Movement: There are varying degrees of the famed Lemania 2310 base caliber and this distinctly at the high end and intended for display through the sapphire caseback. It is winding, setting, and running as smoothly and crisply as you would expect from the caliber at approximately +8 s/d averaged across 6 positions. Service history is unknown.
Includes: The watch is presented on a tan nubuck leather strap from Delugs with gold finished Delugs buckle.
